Websites · search visibility · smarter follow-up

Your next customer is already looking. Make sure they find you.

I help small businesses get found on Google, ChatGPT and the other places people search, look better online, and make it easier to turn interest into a real conversation.

Another result Competitor

Someone else gets the click if you're hard to find.

Asked in ChatGPT

“Who should I call for a deck project around Farmington?”

Your business should be easy to understand — and easy to recommend.

Search is changing

Good businesses can still be surprisingly hard to find.

A great reputation doesn't always translate online. People still search Google, but they're also using ChatGPT and other AI tools to ask who to call, where to go and which businesses they can trust.

Google

“best basement waterproofing company near me”

AI search

“Who are the best local companies for a new deck?”

What matters

Your business needs to make sense wherever they look.

What Hubina Works does

Start with what would make the biggest difference.

Every business is different, so I don't start with a package. Maybe your website needs work. Maybe you're hard to find. Or maybe the inquiries are already coming in and you just need a better way to follow up.

Get found

Show up where customers are searching.

Google Business Profile, service pages, listings, reviews and the other details that help Google, ChatGPT and similar platforms understand what you do and where you do it.

Look the part

Make a good business look like one online.

New websites, upgrades to what you already have, clearer messaging and a better mobile experience. The goal is a site that looks good and actually helps a customer take the next step.

Follow through

Make more of the opportunities you've already earned.

Lead alerts, follow-up, review requests and simple automations so good opportunities don't get lost when you're busy.

Not sure what you need? That's completely fine. Tell me what you're trying to improve and I'll help figure out where to start.
Start with your business

Before I recommend anything, tell me what matters to you.

You know the day-to-day of your business better than I ever could. This quick checkup gives me a little context before I start making suggestions.

  • Built around what matters to you, not a preset package.
  • Plain-English questions. No marketing jargon.
  • I'll compare what you tell me with what a customer can see online.
Business checkup

Answer what you can. If you're not sure, that's okay too.

1. What would make the biggest difference right now?

2. A little more context.

3. Tell me where to look.

If you include a cell, I may use it to reply about this request.
I'll take a look and get back to you personally.

Who you're working with

I'm Dylan. I run Hubina Works.

I started Hubina Works because small business owners shouldn't have to become marketers or tech experts just to keep up with the way customers find and contact them.

I'd rather understand what you're trying to accomplish first, then look at what's actually worth improving. Sometimes that's the website. Sometimes it's search. Sometimes it's something else entirely.

I'm based in Farmington, Connecticut. I'm starting close to home, but I can help businesses anywhere.

How it works

We'll figure out the right starting point together.

You don't need to know the answer before we talk. Tell me what you're trying to improve and we'll figure out the rest from there.

01 · YOU TALK

You tell me what needs to change.

The business checkup gives me the context behind the goal, not just what I can see online.

02 · I LOOK

I look at what a customer sees.

Your website, Google presence, reviews, search results, visibility across AI/search platforms and how easy it is to contact you.

03 · WE PRIORITIZE

We figure out what makes sense first.

I'll tell you what I'd prioritize, what it costs and, just as importantly, what I wouldn't spend money on yet.

Questions

Things you may be wondering.

What exactly can Hubina Works help with?
I can help with websites, Google Business Profile, local search, business listings, review workflows, visibility across ChatGPT and other AI/search tools, lead follow-up and simple automations. You don't need all of it. We start with what you're trying to improve and go from there.
Do I need a new website?
Maybe. If your current site already explains what you do, works well on a phone and makes it easy to contact you, I'd rather improve what's there than rebuild it just for the sake of it.
What's the ChatGPT part of this?
People are starting to ask ChatGPT and other AI tools the same kinds of questions they used to type into Google: who should I call, where should I go and which business looks trustworthy? Those tools pull from what the web says about your business, including your website, listings and reviews. I help make sure that information is clear and consistent.
Do I need to know what I need before contacting you?
No. Tell me what's frustrating you or what you want to improve. I'll look at that alongside what customers can see online, then we can decide where it makes sense to start.
Do you only work with contractors?
No. I'm starting with contractors and local service businesses because they're a great fit for this kind of work, but I'm happy to help other small businesses too.
Do you only work in Connecticut?
No. I'm based in Farmington, Connecticut, and I'm starting close to home because I like being able to meet local owners in person. But I can do this work for businesses anywhere.
Will you need access to my business systems?
Usually not for website or visibility work. If we build a follow-up or automation workflow that needs to connect to something you already use, I'll explain what access is needed and why before we connect anything.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. A small website cleanup is a different project from a brand-new site or ongoing search and follow-up work. I'll take a look first, tell you what I'd recommend and give you a clear price before we start.
One simple next step

Tell me what you want to improve.

I'll take a look and help you figure out the next move. You don't need to decide whether it's a website, search issue, follow-up problem or something else before we talk.
